Fiona - Pet Care Professional

I've always had a passion for animals and knew I wanted to work with them from a young age. After gaining experience in the pet care industry, I launched WagTastic Walks with the aim of providing reliable, professional, and welfare-focused care for local pets.

What started as a dog walking business has grown into a trusted pet care service offering group dog walks, home visits, and care for a wide range of animals. Over the years, I've cared for everything from dogs and cats to rabbits, reptiles, and even ducks, reinforcing my belief that every animal benefits from consistency, patience, and understanding.

Today, I lead the business alongside Fiona, providing secure field walks and home pet care across our local communities. My priority has always been to ensure every pet feels safe, happy, and cared for while giving owners complete peace of mind.

I've always been an animal lover. After much persuasion, my parents finally agreed to let my brothers and me have a cat when we were children, alongside my much-loved goldfish. Since then, my home has always been filled with animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, chinchillas, snakes, and most recently, an axolotl.

Before joining WagTastic Walks, I spent my career working in childcare and education while raising my three children, who are now adults, and enjoying life as a grandparent.

I began helping Hannah with the business during school holidays and quickly realised how much I enjoyed working with animals and being outdoors. Making the move into pet care felt like a natural next step, and I haven't looked back since.

I love getting to know each pet's unique personality, spending time outdoors with the dogs, and building relationships with both pets and their owners. No two days are ever the same, and that's one of the things I enjoy most about the job.
